Nichole was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio and moved to Tennessee in 2009. She started her insurance career with a managing general agency, as the Team Leader of the billing department. She then transitioned into the commercial insurance department as an Assistant Business Analyst and then moved up to a commercial Underwriter. Nichole joined William Blount & Associates as a Risk Advisor in 2020.
In her free time, Nichole likes to go boating with her family, hiking with friends, getting brunch on the weekends, and traveling whenever and wherever possible!
