Laura serves as the Commercial Lines Team Coordinator, bringing a career’s worth of industry expertise that dates back to 2011. While the world of commercial insurance is often fast-paced and complex, Laura thrives on creating order out of chaos. She earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative Elite status in 2026 and is currently working toward becoming a Certified Risk Manager. Laura’s goal is to make the insurance process seamless for both the agency and the clients she protects.
Off the clock, Laura is a devoted “pet parent” to two very spoiled Shih Tzus, Luna & Fozzy who can often be found in the office on Fridays. She loves nothing more than a quiet weekend spent recharging with a cozy novel and her dogs by her side.
